In 2019, Citi employee volunteers contributed more than 1 million volunteer hours around the world.**In this role, you're expected to:*** Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading specifically related to FX & Option businesses in Hub locations - Australia/Hong Kong/Singapore* Supporting lifecycle activities – Fixing, Expiry, Allocation, Amendment/Cancellation, Novation, and interaction with Business, Firm's Clients, Operations and Technology to manage post execution issues* Perform control functions based on intermediary processing systems and records* Complete daily tasks timely and accurately* Ensure the desk is in compliant with internal and external regulations at all times* Assist Team Lead in all their duties as required* Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies, in conjunction with professional judgement to make process improvement recommendations* Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues* Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms* Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the
