Description Senior Product Manager – Security & Compliance 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities The Information Systems Department is responsible for the planning and construction of the company's internal systems, including those for human resources, office services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approval, based on the company's internal system construction requirements. It also handles requirements and project management, information security management, system configuration, and operation and maintenance. The Privacy and Security Team focuses on the development and management of products related to internal data security and compliance governance. Business Analysis: Research business scenarios within the organization and industry best practices globally to identify problems. Product Design: Find systematic solutions through product design. Cross-organizational Collaboration: Collaborate with global legal and security teams, as well as business teams such as Lark, to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)Have more than 5 years of product design experience and be goal-oriented. Have experience in managing multiple projects, be able to prioritize tasks according to organizational goals, and pay attention to details when creating and improving deliverables. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and analysis skills, as well as strong business and technical acumen, including problem‐solving and critical thinking abilities.
