Roles & Responsibilities

Monday - Friday Office Hours

Location - West, Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms, especially OutSystems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Create automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed testing to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain complete documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and support resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver effective and reliable applications.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of application development experience, with emphasis on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in agile methodologies such as TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, and Continuous Integration.
  • Proven ability to design and implement applications with minimal coding.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Experience in mobile application development.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and managing low-code features, such as rules engine, workflow, process logic, data validation, screen flows, and page layouts within OutSystems.
