The Priority Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering personalized financial solutions, wealth management services, and exceptional relationship management. The role focuses on deepening client engagement, increasing product penetration, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored banking and investment solutions.
- Grow the priority banking portfolio by acquiring new clients through referrals, marketing activities, and personal networks.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice on wealth management, insurance, deposits, and investment products.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial needs analysis to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
- Monitor market trends and economic developments to proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the branch's overall performance goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, priority/premier banking, or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial planning, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Relevant CMFAS certifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales and client retention targets.
