Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production process by operating machinery and handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Monitor and inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment, as required. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines. Report any issues or irregularities in production to the supervisor. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficiency in using factory tools and equipment. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift heavy objects as required. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Experience: No prior experience required, although experience in a factory or warehouse environment is a plus. Training will be provided to ensure all workers are comfortable with their tasks. Working Hours: Full-time positions with a standard working schedule of 40 hours per week. Shifts may include morning, evening, or night, depending on production needs. Overtime may be required during peak production periods. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
