Job Title: Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for children aged toddler to teenage.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions using a child-centered, play-based approach.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to provide guidance and deliver caregiver training.
  • Lead or participate in creating new programs/initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with teachers in an Early Intervention Program to support integrated services.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional development courses/activities to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum degree/Master's in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in pediatric speech and language therapy.
  • Fully registered with Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • The ability to name at least 3 different dinosaurs.
