Overview We're seeking a strategic product leader to drive our organisation's data initiatives across three key pillars: Strategy, Data Platform & Analytics, and Data Governance. What you will be working on Strategic Leadership : Lead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide data strategy; Evaluate emerging technologies (including LLMs) and orchestrate pilot programmes; Drive data-driven transformation across the organisation Data Platform & Analytics Management : Serve as the Product Owner for our in-house data analytics platform; Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritisation; Oversee junior product managers and data scientists; Drive platform adoption and usage across the organisation; Enhance user experience for business users, data engineers, scientists, and analysts; Collaborate with the Transformation Office to build internal data capabilities Data Governance Leadership : Establish and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks; Oversee data modelling, metadata management, quality control, and master data management; Design and deliver capability development programmes; Provide strategic advisory support to data owners What we are looking for Strategic thinker who can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about the end-to-end experience Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative methods to improve product adoption (e.g. user research, design thinking, data analysis)A customer-focused mindset – you will be the number one champion of user needs Experience in product management, with track record of launching new product features and/or managing an evolving product portfolio Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate and collaborate effectively Background in data platforms, data analytics, data management Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Government Administration We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
