Role Responsibilities:
Managing successful client engagements to ensure high client satisfaction, including overseeing Alpha team members and contractors if applicable.
Developing strategies and delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to implement strategies effectively.
Analyzing clients' current states, developing proposals, and assisting with the implementation of recommendations to optimize resource use.
Conducting research, surveys, interviews, and discussing organizational challenges with clients.
Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed about outcomes to enhance client efficiency.
Reviewing current processes, analyzing organizational reports, researching new methods, and identifying deviations from standard procedures.
Staying updated on relevant business and industry trends.
Identifying and executing client/vendor entertainment opportunities appropriately.
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
Contributing to business development efforts.
Managing accounts effectively, including financial aspects.
