What the role is: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager (Data and Process)What you will be working on: Drive the continuous improvements projects designed to enhance efficiency and productivity in managing the CET processes Analyse business and stakeholders' requirements and priorities, identify and make recommendations to streamline processes using digitalisation or automation tools Perform data cleaning and transformation to produce analysis‐ready datasets Develop effective operational and analytical dashboards for the CET processes Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross function stakeholders to address operational challenges and concerns Perform basic troubleshooting of system‐related issues Support system enhancements to the Training Management Systems including requirement specifications, users acceptance testing and implementation Handle any other administrative and operational duties as assigned What we are looking for: Qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Able to work well in teams as well as independently with little supervision Must possess systems thinking and problem‐solving skills Must be comfortable to work with large datasets Hands‐on experience in using visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate preferred Knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking or other process improvement methodologies preferred Prior experience working in or involved in business transformation/process improvement projects would be an advantage About Republic Polytechnic The first educational institution in Singapore to leverage the Problem‐based Learning approach for all its diploma programmes, Republic Polytechnic (RP) has seven schools offering courses in Applied Science, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, Infocomm, Sports and Health, and Technology for Arts, Media and Design.
