Join a high-impact engineering project supporting Singapore’s transit infrastructure upgrades.
Opportunity to manage Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems and collaborate with key stakeholders across design, installation, and commissioning phases.
Attractive 24-month contract with bonuses and exposure to large-scale public transport systems.
What You’ll Do
Manage the document review process and ensure timely follow-up on stakeholder comments.
Coordinate design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors and site owners.
Monitor project schedules and update progress with stakeholders.
Prepare project summary reports and assist in project delivery tracking.
Handle administrative tasks including meeting coordination, documentation, and presentation preparation.
Support night works and site visits during engineering hours.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in project coordination, preferably in transit or AFC systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between office and sites.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in Singapore’s transit environment or public infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
Exposure to testing and commissioning processes in engineering projects.
