Senior Landed Property Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-end landed property projects from conception to completion. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Project Director in the development of project plans, schedules and resource allocation;
- Monitoring site activities to ensure work meets design specifications, quality standards and safety requirements;
- Reviewing project plans, drawings and technical documentation for accurate implementation;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site;
- Preparing and maintaining project reports, schedules and documentation for smooth delivery;
In order to succeed in this role, you will require:
· A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management;
· Minimum 3 years' experience as a project engineer or similar in construction projects, preferably with exposure to landed property developments;
· Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment;
· Proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
