Called to serve God in full-time ministry? Join our pastoral team as we shepherd God’s people, strengthen the church family, and share the good news with our wider community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and implement ministry programs in collaboration with church leaders and members. Align ministry initiatives with the church’s mission and vision. Develop and lead programs that foster spiritual growth and equip members for service and outreach. Support and participate in church-wide activities as assigned by the pastors. Manage ministry administration and logistics. Provide pastoral care through home and hospital visitations. Conduct wake services and offer comfort to grieving families. REQUIREMENTS Willingness to serve on Sundays and outside regular office hours (with time off in lieu). A team player who works well with pastors, staff, leaders, and members. Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in fulfilling responsibilities. Humble, teachable, and committed to ongoing personal and professional growth. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Theology/Divinity (or other relevant theological studies; other qualifications may be considered).
