Position Summary
The Clinical Application Technician/Specialist will be the clinical lead for the product portfolio in SE Asia.
As a clinical expert, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by supporting our commercial teams from pre-sale through post implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in introducing 's pioneering quantification technology into surgical practice across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong network of surgical experts in fluorescence-guided surgery across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Act as a trusted clinical advisor and liaison to surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare professionals, fostering relationships and driving engagement with 's technology.
Drive revenue through onsite or remote clinical education delivery.
Support the design and execution of clinical trials and pilot studies to validate and implement 's fluorescence and quantification technology in surgical workflows.
Provide hands-on clinical support during pilot studies and technology implementation, ensuring optimal integration into surgical practice.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate surgical teams on the benefits and use of fluorescence-guided surgery and 's solutions.
Gather feedback from surgeons and clinical teams to guide product improvement and innovation.
Support the implementation and adoption of UltraLinq Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS) solutions in clinical settings, ensuring seamless workflow integration and optimal imaging management, both as part of the fluorescence workflow and independently as a PACS solution.
Train and educate surgical teams on the use of UltraLinq PACS, providing technical and clinical guidance to enhance efficiency within hospitals and clinics.
Collaborate with internal R&D, marketing, and commercial teams based in Europe and the USA to align clinical insights with business goals and product strategies.
Stay informed on regional healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and advancements in fluorescence-guided surgery.
Experience & Capabilities:
Medical or clinical qualifications such as a Diploma/Degree in Nursing (RN), Biomedical Science, or related disciplines.
A background in surgery, perioperative care, or operating theatre environments is highly desirable.
Clinical experience working directly with surgeons is essential.
Proven expertise or hands-on experience in fluorescence-guided surgery or similar advanced surgical techniques is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and protocols, including pilot study implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical applications for product adoption.
A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for advancing surgical innovation.
