Salary: SGD3,000.00 - SGD4,500.00 a month (depending on experience)Contract Type: Full-time Experience: At least 4 years of experience in related fields No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the creative direction and overall visual strategy of the company, ensuring all content expresses a clear and consistent brand identity. Oversee the conceptualization and execution of visually striking designs for digital and offline touchpoints — including websites, social media, campaigns, advertisements, and event materials. Develop and uphold brand systems such as logos, style guides, templates, and marketing collaterals to ensure consistency across all communications. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate ideas into impactful visual narratives. Guide the design approach across multiple platforms and devices, balancing creativity with brand objectives and performance goals. Manage and prioritize concurrent design projects, ensuring timely delivery, creative excellence, and alignment with business outcomes. Review and refine creative output based on feedback, maintaining high standards and cohesive execution across all assets. Champion innovation in visual storytelling to strengthen audience engagement and brand perception. Mentor and nurture junior designers, promoting collaboration, growth, and creative accountability. Evaluate brand presence and market relevance through ongoing creative audits and trend analysis, identifying opportunities for evolution. Partner with external agencies and vendors when necessary to ensure final deliverables meet brand and quality standards. Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts.
