About Us Rising Impact is a dynamic sales and marketing company dedicated to helping brands grow through face-to-face promotions, roadshows, booths, and event marketing. We work with a range of clients to boost awareness, drive product sales, and create memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally at roadshows, events, and promotional booths. Approach, engage, and educate potential customers about products or services. Drive product sales and/or lead generation on-site. Set up and maintain event booths (includes visual displays, samples, flyers, etc.). Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and performance targets. Collect customer data and feedback when required. Attend pre-event briefings and training sessions. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations. Requirements Outgoing, confident, and personable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven attitude and high energy level. Able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays). Comfortable working outdoors and at various event locations. Prior experience in sales, events, or customer service is an advantage (but not required). Able to start immediately or within short notice.
