Logistics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of logistics solutions across various business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, design, and customize SAP solutions to support logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Translate complex business needs into system designs and functional/technical specifications.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes across multiple functions in supply chain management.
  • Execute project deliverables, monitoring progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams during requirement analysis, design review, build, and testing phases.
  • Extend SAP standard features to support customer requirements through enhancement and extensibility frameworks.
  • Develop technical specifications for partner systems integration, including data element level mapping.
  • Work on and deliver complex project deliverables to support business operations in an integrated landscape.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define workable models and designs that meet business expectations.
  • Understand the SAP development platform and ability to debug and troubleshoot.
  • Review technical development team's deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with custom development and MM customizing.
  • Functional experience with OTC, PTP processes and exposure to highly customized environments.
  • Experience with consignment, STO PO, Intercompany/Intracompany scenarios.
  • Delivery processing experience (Sales order, Delivery note).
  • Experience working with iDocs, custom Function modules, RFC.
  • External integration experience (EDI, API).
  • Abap debugging experience.
  • Exposure to WMS operations.
  • Requirement gathering, functional specification development, SIT/UAT management experience.
