About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack Developer based in Singapore to join one of our product squads working on web and mobile platforms that serve thousands of users. You'll work across the stack — from user-facing interfaces to backend services — while collaborating with your squad's designers, product managers, and technical lead to deliver scalable, well-crafted solutions. You'll also be part of a forward-thinking engineering culture that embraces AI-assisted workflows — using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor to code faster, automate smarter, and focus more on problem-solving than boilerplate. This is a mid-level position suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow into a senior or lead role within a high-performing, AI-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (React, React Native, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres). Collaborate with your squad to deliver features end-to-end — from technical scoping to production deployment. Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following squad-level best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and integration with internal/external APIs. Work closely with your Technical Lead to ensure architectural consistency and technical excellence across projects. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and squad retrospectives. Provide input during sprint shaping to balance user needs with technical feasibility. Document your work clearly and contribute to shared engineering knowledge bases. Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation — while maintaining code quality and readability. Help your squad identify repeatable workflows that can be standardized or automated through AI. Share learnings and insights to improve the broader engineering team's AI development practices . Take responsibility for your features in staging and production — ensuring stability, performance, and security. Collaborate with QA and DevOps to debug, optimize, and resolve incidents quickly. Continuously refactor and improve existing systems to support growth and maintainability. Ideal Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology Strong proficiency in TypeScript , React , and Node.js/NestJS . Familiarity with React Native for mobile development (or willingness to learn). Good understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs , database schema design , and DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, etc.). Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to work effectively in English with cross-functional teams. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) or an eagerness to learn them. Bonus: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Supabase, GCP) or containerized deployments.
