Overview
Wise is looking for an AI & Growth focused SEO Content Specialist. This is a content strategy role responsible for planning and production of SEO optimized blog content primarily in English-speaking APAC locales to help generate increasing organic visitors and customers for Wise, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools to scale high-quality content development and optimize production processes. The role will be based in our Singapore office.
The goal is to drive sustainable customer growth in your locale and/or core topic area while taking a long-term view of how to grow Wise's marketing channel through SEO strategy and AI tool implementation, maintaining content quality and conversion performance.
Responsibilities
Planning, optimization and production of high-quality, conversion-focused SEO blog content to fuel Wise adoption, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale without compromising content standards or conversion potential
Develop a long-term strategically aligned plan for your locale that regularly meets or exceeds forecasted impact
Support your regional lead by contributing to strategy and opportunities for your wider region, including scalable AI-powered content solutions or process improvement
Own and share meaningful insights about BAU content performance as well as growth initiatives/projects
Keep up to date with industry news and evolving AI landscape, including model capabilities and prompt engineering, and bring proactive SEO insights and ideas to test or action
Independently discover, lead and validate growth projects beyond BAU content production with regional/global impact, focusing on AI-enhanced processes that scale quality and conversion
Work with and support your regional lead to identify growth opportunities for your locale(s)/APAC region
Identify and develop deeper skills in SEO combined with advanced AI tooling for content operations
What Good Looks Like
The content specialist is responsible for planning, publishing content (not writing content) and generating new customers. Experience with SEO combined with AI tool expertise and demonstrated content quality standards is required to identify opportunities, plan, execute and report. You should be able to set KPIs and success metrics for growth projects, including AI impact. Core KPIs include:
Production: Content delivered against plan
Performance: New customers, registrations and customer value
SEO metrics: Content and locale organic traffic growth, new SERP features
Quality and AI impact: Measurable improvements in content production processes and scalability without compromising quality or user value
Qualifications
You'd be a great fit for this role if:
You're located and legally authorised to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship
You have experience utilizing SEO AI Tools and developing automation processes to boost productivity
You are fluent in written and spoken English
You have a keen eye for content quality and readability
You pay attention to detail and know what makes good content in words and visuals
It's a plus if you have used Wise or similar products
You love data and understand how to measure performance
You're great at building relationships and collaborating with others to get things done
You thrive in autonomy and are willing to take ownership of content plans
It'll Be a Plus If
You have proficiency in a second language (e.g. Simplified Chinese)
You have experience with digital finance brands, banks or products
You have SEO or content marketing experience
Some familiarity with Google Search Console
Familiarity with keyword tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush
