Legal Consultant - Investigations & Compliance 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are currently seeking a lawyer with investigations, compliance experience to work with our F500 clients in the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and conduct investigations into potential violations of company policies, ethical standards, relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and support on compliance issues related to financial regulations from various regulatory bodies. Advise on legal and compliance risks arising from investigations and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate these risks. Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management. Conduct compliance and ethics training sessions for employees, focusing on relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Qualifications Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance and ethics investigations Proven experience in conducting investigations and handling sensitive matters with confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
