CAP offers a unique and differentiated experience. This 2–3-year rotational development program is designed for you to tackle some of the world's most complex challenges and investment questions and draw differentiate insights. CAP associates have researched and presented their recommendations/insights in:

• The Impact of GLP-1 Drugs on the Beverage Industry
• China Cross Border E-commerce and Implication on Chinese Companies
• Analyze Global Oil Demand Trends
• Analyze Global Cable Capacity Required for the Upgradation of Global Power Grids
• Potential Applications of Hydrogen in Decarbonizing Mobility

These projects are not hypothetical—they're real-world challenges that CAP associates research to offer differentiated insights and add to our investment dialogue and understanding.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from undergraduate and master's students (non-MBA) in their final year of study and those with up to 1-year of related experience post-graduation.

Need work authorization? We may be able to obtain visas for CAP participants during and upon completion of the program.

We hire MBA candidates and graduates through a separate recruiting process. Please check our website for more information.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
