About the RoleAs a Manager, Advisory & Technology at IPI, you will act as a strategic partner to Singapore enterprises seeking to drive business growth and differentiation through innovation, technology adoption, expertise and advisory. You will be the bridge between enterprises and a global network of technology providers as well as Innovation Advisors, enabling impactful collaborations and facilitating knowledge exchange to support business transformation.

- 1. Business Advisory & Client Engagement
- Serve as a trusted partner to local enterprises, identifying business challenges and matching them with suitable technology solutions or Innovation Advisors.
- Conduct needs analysis and co-develop strategic innovation roadmaps with clients.
- Scope and manage advisory engagements end-to-end, ensuring clear deliverables, alignment with business objectives, and timely execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and guide them through technology adoption or commercialisation.
- 2. Innovation Advisor & Technology Partner Network
- Build and manage relationships with Innovation Advisors, ensuring motivation, alignment, and effective deployment across enterprise projects.
- Identify and onboard qualified advisors and technology partners based on emerging needs across industries.
- Maintain an active network of global innovation sources and identify new technologies relevant to Singapore’s enterprise ecosystem.
- 3. Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to IPI’s positioning as a thought leader in innovation and technology by sharing insights, trends, and strategic perspectives through publications, forums, and events.
- Support the curation and organisation of flagship events, like TechInnovation and the Co-Innovation Programme , identifying high-potential technologies and solution providers.
- 4. Business Development & Marketing
- Develop outreach strategies to engage new clients and promote IPI’s innovation services.
- Work with internal stakeholders to design marketing content and partnership strategies to enhance visibility.
- Promote success stories and impactful case studies through appropriate communication channels.
- 5. Internal Initiatives & Cross-Functional Projects
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional innovation projects and special initiatives.
- 1. Experience
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong track record in client-facing roles, related to business strategy, business transformation or technology commercialisation.
