About the Role
Red Cat Adventures is a National Tourism Award Winning Company. We are an innovative, fast-paced, and fun tourism business that is passionate about our experiences.
Our Bus Driver - Tour Guides play an integral part in our Red Cat adventures experience.
Our drivers are responsible for the safe, timely transportation of passengers between the Red Cat Adventures office, guest accommodation, and the Marina, as well as guiding land-based tours to ensure an exceptional and informative day out with our guests.
Duties & responsibilities will include:
Bus Driving
Exceptional customer service
Ensuring our service is delivered on time every time
Ensuring passenger safety
Assisting with guest handover to Marine Crew
Abiding by Queensland Government Road Rules
Ensuring vehicle is clean and maintained professionally
Maintaining and providing driver manifests to the office
Assisting with marine storage requirements
Tour Guide
Coordinating land-based tours
Providing an exceptional, informative, and impactful experience for guests
Confirming and coordinating catering requirements
About You
You will have an enthusiastic attitude, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will need the following:
At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the Whitsundays
An open driver's license
Drivers Authority or ability to obtain one
Senior First Aid certification
CPR/02 certification
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
A fun & friendly attitude
