Our impact programmes, Talent Explorer Programme – University (TEP- UNI), Talent Uplift Programme (TUP), and Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP), support higher education students with special educational needs (SEN) in exploring career pathways and gaining real-world experiences through collaboration and corporate engagement. Role Overview We are seeking passionate and empathetic Group Facilitators to guide participants through their various learning journeys in the programmes. You will play a key role in fostering inclusive learning environments, facilitating group discussions and supporting participants personal and professional growth to achieve the programmes' learning outcomes. We are hiring: 2 group facilitators for TEP-UNI (8 to 9 January 2026). 2 group facilitators for TUP/The Uplift Collective (Jan to Jun 2026). 5 group facilitators for TAP (6 April to 5 June 2026). Responsibilities of Group Facilitators for TEP-UNI Facilitate in-person group discussions and learning for up to five university students with SEN. Guide teams through a two-day sprint challenge, culminating in a team presentation. Encourage collaboration, peer learning, and respectful communication. Monitor group dynamics and provide guidance to ensure inclusive participation. Support participants in applying learning to real-world scenarios. Collaborate with programme management team to align facilitation with learning goals. Provide feedback and insights on group progress and challenges. Responsibilities of Group Facilitators for TUP/The Uplift Collective Facilitate ongoing group learning and project work for up to seven university students with SEN. Guide teams through curated projects culminating in implementation and presentation over 6 months with 12 scheduled 2-hour group meetings. Foster deep collaboration, sustained peer learning, and respectful communication. Monitor group dynamics and provide continuous support for inclusive participation. Support participants in translating learning to tangible outcomes. Collaborate with programme management team to maintain alignment with learning goals. Identify and elevate concerns (e.g., wellbeing or participation issues) to the programme management team when necessary. Offer feedback and insights on group progress, challenges and growth. Responsibilities of Group Facilitators for TAP Guide interdisciplinary teams of up to five ITE/Polytechnic students with SEN in developing solutions to real business challenges sponsored by TomoWork's corporate partners. Facilitate end-to-end project execution during the 9-week work immersion phase from project initiation to final presentation. Reinforce taught frameworks such as project management, design thinking and other tools tailored to group project domains including digital marketing, financial market, sustainability, data analytics, AI and prompt engineering or UI/UX. Foster a psychologically safe and inclusive environment that promotes collaboration, curiosity, and growth. Conduct group and individual coaching, track progress, celebrate milestones, and provide timely feedback and encouragement. Help teams refine and articulate their solutions for Tomo Day, showcasing their capabilities to key stakeholders like corporates, government agencies and institutes of higher learning. Collaborate with the TomoWork Programme team to ensure goals are met, and participant experiences are optimised. Must-have Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Possess 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects and/or leading teams to deliver projects from initiation to completion. Empathetic and human-centred mindset with the ability to apply design thinking principles. Adaptable and creative; comfortable navigating ambiguity and resourceful in problem‐solving. Self‐motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with strategic and innovative thinking. Singaporean with a passion for social innovation, community service and advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and/or Environmental and Social governance (ESG). Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines and team dynamics effectively. Professional written and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Good‐to‐have Competencies Prior experience teaching, coaching or mentoring tertiary students with SEN. Must-have Competencies, Skills & Knowledge for TAP facilitators Possess 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects and/or leading teams to deliver projects from initiation to completion. Empathetic and human-centred mindset with the ability to apply design thinking principles. Adaptable and creative; comfortable navigating ambiguity and resourceful in problem‐solving. Self‐motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with strategic and innovative thinking. Singaporean with a passion for social innovation, community service and advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and/or Environmental and Social governance (ESG). Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines and team dynamics effectively. Professional written and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Domain expertise in at least one of the following: Digital Marketing Sustainability Reporting Data Analytics AI and prompt engineering Finance sector Good‐to‐have Competencies Prior experience teaching, coaching or mentoring tertiary students with SEN.
