About the team The Growth Team at OKX is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to accelerating OKX’s expansion through innovative strategies, data-driven insights, and continuous optimization. By tackling intricate business logic at scale, tapping into emerging DeFi growth opportunities, and addressing globalization and localization challenges, the team drives impactful user acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver rapid, cross-functional innovation Architect and maintain high-performance, highly available distributed services Explore emerging opportunities in DeFi to promote growth and bridge centralized and decentralized solutions Solve complex business logic challenges and drive improvements for global user experiences Provide guidance on best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and champion continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics At least 8 years of backend engineering experience Hands-on experience in developing Microservices/APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud Strong understanding of multi-threading and distributed architectures Proficiency in working with both relational and NoSQL databases, messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka), distributed caching solutions (e.g., Redis) and other essential tools Comfort working in a cloud-based Linux environment Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration processes Benefits L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants Information collected and processed as part of the recruitment process of any job application you choose to submit is subject to OKX 's Candidate Privacy Notice .
