Job Title: Refrigeration Assembly Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Refrigeration Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of refrigeration units according to manufacturing instructions and method sheets.

Your duties will include:

  • Assembling and testing refrigeration units to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of tools, equipment, fixtures, and gauges assigned to your workstation
  • Supporting productivity improvements by assisting in the design of jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys
  • Carrying out basic troubleshooting or rework on tested/assembled units by identifying and resolving faults
  • Inspecting the work area and monitoring the effectiveness of any corrective actions implemented
  • Cooperating in accident investigations by providing accurate details of incidents and their causes

You will be working in a fast-paced production environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Vocational Certificate
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
