Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day business operations of the retail store; liaising with customers in order to ensure a transaction goes smoothly. You are expected to help customers choose between the company’s array of goods and services, process payments and maintain a high-level of customer service and relations. You may be involved in handling pets too. Job Description Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store. Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed. Promoting products by upselling and cross-selling. Handling customer complaints and feedback Performing pet care and hygiene (in outlets with live small animals) Arranging product displays and maintaining sales floor appearance and cleanliness Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers and pets. Stocktaking, replenishing stocks, ordering and receiving goods. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements A strong team player with a courteous, positive and customer service oriented attitude Willing to learn and like to meet people Good communication skills Able to commit retail working hours including weekends and public holidays (off on a weekday) No prior experience requirement. On job training will be provided.
