We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool English Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will hold at least an L2 teaching certification and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where young children can develop foundational English language skills and a lifelong love for learning. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for preschool children. Develop engaging lesson plans that support language, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Use play-based and interactive teaching strategies to promote active learning. Assess and monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain high standards of teaching and care. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities. Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety regulations, and teaching standards. Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory: L2 teaching certification (or equivalent early childhood teaching credential). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field. Prior experience teaching preschool or early childhood level is an advantage. Strong command of English (both spoken and written). Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children and nurturing their growth.
