Sales Associate (Luxury Timepieces) - Travel Retail Sincere Watch Limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professionals to take on the position of Sales Associate in the travel retail sector. Location: Changi Airport Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports Processing of credit card & cash payments Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures Any other adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays Excellent interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
