Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Able to lead, supervise and coordinate all fire protection system works (fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and suppression systems etc.) Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and authority requirements (SCDF, FSSD submissions etc.) Review drawings, specification and technical documents Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to resolve design and site issues Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of fire protection systems Provide technical support during project execution and ensure timely delivery of fire-related works Prepare reports, method statements and documentation for submission Support safety compliance and risk assessments related to fire protection systems Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire services works Familiar with local regulations, SCDF Codes of Practice and FSSD submission procedures Strong problem-solving, coordination and communication skills Able to work independently and under pressure to ensure good site progress Good safety knowledge and attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Self-motivated with good organizational skills and ability to liaise with the authorities Information provided in response to this job advertisement will be treated in strict confidence and be used for recruitment purpose only.
