My client, a highly reputable global Oil & Gas operator are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst with Spanish language skills to join their oil and gas trading team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SOX compliance and contribute to their global regulatory compliance efforts within the energy sector.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in oil and gas trading or related energy sectors
– Fluency in Spanish and English
– Extensive knowledge of SOX compliance and energy trading regulations
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Energy Management, or related field

Responsibilities:
– Implement and maintain SOX compliance programs for oil and gas trading operations
– Conduct risk assessments and internal audits specific to energy trading activities
– Liaise with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, regulators, and trading partners
– Develop and deliver compliance training focused on oil and gas trading regulations
– Monitor and ensure adherence to international energy trading standards and practices
