Defect Management Process Specialist

Solve complex problems and uncover the root cause of manufacturing process issues affecting wafer yield optimization. As a Defect Management Process Specialist, you'll drive process stability in defect reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily oversight and ownership to address in-line defect abnormality escalations, handling, and disposition.
  • Support production ramp-up, new process implementation, and process characterization for project success.
  • Evaluate and implement productivity projects for DM Production, Tool, and Cost index improvement.
  • Define and deploy inspection tool recipes BKM to ensure detection capability.
  • Assist in customer audits on inspection strategy deployment and execution.

To excel in this role, you'll collaborate with product and process owners to create and manage projects addressing wafer and line yield challenges. Your analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication will be essential in driving project success.
