FlocCare is a GenAI platform helping healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurers delivermultilingual, personalized health content to patients — at scale. We’re on a mission to bringhealthcare awareness to a billion lives. We're looking for a Health Champion — a connector,storyteller, and relationship-builder who understands healthcare deeply and knows how to engagedoctors, hospitals, and insurers with empathy, credibility, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Scout & Discover: Identify prominent doctors, clinics, hospitals, andinsurers across specializations — especially those with success stories that deserve to scale.
  • Engage & Influence: Introduce FlocCare to medical stakeholders — not tosell a tool, but to evangelize a movement that amplifies their reach and impact.
  • Qualify & Tailor: Understand clinical journeys, provider strengths, andpatient profiles to match them with the right FlocCare content solutions.
  • Coordinate: Work with our pre-sales team to prep personalized demo journeys,onboarding decks, and health content samplers.
  • Drive Rollout: Oversee the full journey — from onboarding to content calendardeployment, and ensure providers go live with the right brand tone, structure, and ROI.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture provider insights and feed them into product, content,and growth teams to keep FlocCare razor-sharp.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthtech, hospital partnerships, pharma, insurance, ordigital health .
  • Direct experience working with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or insurance providers — youunderstand how they think, decide, and influence care.
  • Strong grasp of how AI and digital tools are transforming healthcare — especially inpatient engagement and content personalization .
  • Ability to influence without hard-selling — you’re a trusted advisor, not a transactionalrep.
  • Skilled at stakeholder mapping, objection handling, and follow-through .
  • Able to work independently across time zones, and collaborate with product, content, and techteams.

Bonus If You:

  • Have worked in AI-enabled SaaS for healthcare.
  • Have a background in medical communication, strategic partnerships, or providerengagement .
  • Know how to extract value from medical podcasts, conference talks, research mentions, orawards .
  • Are based in or familiar with APAC or GCC healthcare ecosystems .
  • Work on real AI + real healthcare — with real-world results.
  • Global team across Singapore, UAE, India, and US .
  • Travel to client locations, global demos, and health conferences (performance-based).
