Branding & Public Relations Executive - SG/Regional ShopeePay Job Description Conceptualise, write, and develop high-quality communications assets that support ShopeePay's business objectives and brand reputation efforts. These may include press releases, media pitches, media Q&As, LinkedIn posts, etc. Collaborate with local and regional PR teams to craft narratives, review communication materials, and ensure alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, KOLs, and stakeholders to enhance ShopeePay's presence and credibility. Partner with external branding agencies to track regional brand health, gather and analyse insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations for business teams. Lead the planning, execution, and management of ShopeePay Singapore's communications initiatives and content, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with impact. Support the ShopeePay Marketing team on branding and PR initiatives, including but not limited to brand guideline creation and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in PR, communications, or marketing (in-house or agency). Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Demonstrated project management ability; highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‐paced environment. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and apply them to strategy and execution. Effective stakeholder management skills; able to influence and collaborate across teams. Prior experience in financial institutions or fintech is a plus.
