Job Title: Investment Platform Support Lead Analyst Location: Singapore Reporting to: Investment Platform Manager Job Description We are looking for an individual to join our Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT) to focus on the day‐to‐day support and service management of our core investment platform, Aladdin by BlackRock Solutions (BRS). Working in a fast‐paced environment, you will oversee Aladdin related enquiries and service requests raised by Investment and Operations business stakeholders, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved and that ongoing problems are managed. Responsibilities Support day‐to‐day service provision and oversight of Aladdin with BlackRock Solutions (BRS)Provide 2nd line Aladdin related support from Investment, Dealing and Operations users globally, primarily in APAC Troubleshoot general user enquiries and direct accordingly Oversee and triage Aladdin related enquiries and service requests for business‐critical items Escalate critical issues to BRS and coordinate with Schroders Global Technology to manage business impact Escalate Aladdin service incidents affecting critical processes, coordinating with technology and business teams to resolution Follow up on incident root cause analysis and mitigation actions Reduce Aladdin incidents through platform control and functional improvement initiatives with ISPT, BRS and Global Technology Collaborate with Asia Pacific and US teams to ensure global coverage and handover of service issues daily Manage the life cycle of underlying problem management themes Handle multiple priorities concurrently Qualifications Experience within an asset management firm in a front‐office environment Strong technical knowledge of investment services platforms and ability to bridge communication between third‐party vendors, IT and business Understanding of fund management business and end‐to‐end Order/Trade workflow Familiarity with a broad range of investment products and instruments Knowledge of equity, fixed income and OTC derivatives dealing lifecycle (preferred)Strong communication skills and experience managing third‐party portfolio, order and execution management systems Capability to define and document business problems in a complex investment environment Good interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to operate under pressure, multitask and deliver to demanding deadlines Knowledge of Portfolio, Order & Execution Management Systems Experience in a helpdesk or service‐management role (preferred)Knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin Solution (essential)Business knowledge of other front‐office systems such as MSCI Barra, FactSet, Charles River, Bloomberg and Eikon (preferred)About Schroders We're a global investment manager helping institutions, intermediaries and individuals invest to meet their goals.
