Overview The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector. You will be part of the Data Office within MinLaw’s Strategic Planning and Policy Division. The Data Office team develops and implements strategies that leverage digital technologies and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive advantages across the organisation. We are seeking an innovative Digitalisation and AI trainee to develop and implement MinLaw's digital and AI transformation initiatives. In this role, you will join the team in conceptualising, developing and implementing digital and AI solutions that enhance MinLaw’s government services and improve citizens' lives. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in applying digital and AI solutions to solve complex real-world problems in policy development and service delivery. What you will be working on Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across departments Implementing digital and AI solutions and managing change Evaluate and recommend new technologies and digital tools to enhance business operations Collaborate with ITD and business divisions to ensure seamless integration of digital and AI solutions What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud platforms, and data analytics. Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and automation tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualisation tools. Basic project management knowledge and methodologies. Be able to translate ideas into strategies and action plans. Be resourceful and able to identify and tap on, or seek resources, to implement action plans.
