Responsibilities
Wide range of projects such as culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, employee experience and employee value proposition, etc.
Implement key people initiatives and engagement activities.
Measure and assess employee experience and engagement through surveys and focus groups.
Analyze employee feedback and contribute ideas and solutions that drive engagement.
Participate in selected group-wide HR projects for exposure and development.
Coordinate communication efforts across various platforms to promote culture and employee value proposition.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and propose solutions.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in project coordination or HR initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in employer branding or communications is a plus.
