Radiographer The Radiographer performs diagnostic imaging examinations such as X-rays or CT scans. They are responsible for patient safety, accurate image capture, and radiation protection measures. Key Responsibilities: Provides imaging services to patients as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations and according to acceptable standards. To ensure familiarization of use and correct handling of imaging equipment to avoid incorrect equipment usage. To conduct necessary quality assurance tests before equipment is used on patients. Operate X-ray or imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images. Ensure correct patient positioning and imaging protocols. Follow radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff. Maintain imaging equipment, calibration, servicing and report malfunctions. Collaborate with physicians for accurate diagnosis and reporting. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography from a recognized institution. Registered with AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council), Singapore. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a clinical imaging setting. Familiar with X-ray safety and radiation protection practices. Good technical, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
