Roles & Responsibilities About Our Client Our client is a large and established charity and they are looking for an effective professional to join their team. Senior Admin Executive Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level secretarial support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and documentation. Manage day-today office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies, and facility arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required by management. Assist in monitoring and coordinating business activities to ensure deadlines and priorities are met. Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and vendors on behalf of management. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems. Support planning of company events as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in executive secretarial or office management roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software. Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Bilingual in English and Chinese. 5.5-days work week.
