Management Trainee Development Program in Food & Beverage (F&B)

  • 18 months F&B Management Development Program
  • Gain insights and opportunities in experiencing three different areas within the F&B Service Division
  • Attachment to experienced managers to learn and gain relevant knowledge and skills

As Rising Fan, we expect from you:

  • Pursuing a diploma or degree in hospitality management
  • Passionate and eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Aspiring to grow your career internationally
  • Previous work experience or internship in hospitality industry will be an advantage
