Overview The Digital Transformation Cluster (DTC) is responsible for driving digital transformation projects across major economic sectors and ecosystems. They will interface with and contribute to fundamental research within the global McCloskey raw materials team. This role builds relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators, maintains knowledge of market conditions, and aims to achieve profitable growth by converting pipelines into orders. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new business opportunities and propose deals by contacting potential customers and decision makers; analyze market strategies and deal requirements. Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches. Establish, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors, including distribution partners. Uncover and build opportunity pipelines with sales and end customers; manage data in CRM and project management systems. Set budgetary forecasts and sales targets for the SEA DC market. Assess involvement from distribution to ensure success; provide project guidance for pricing and quotation strategy. Identify and support strategic alliances to expand PS solutions, products, and services. Provide front-line Data Center marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers. Analyze sales and market data to inform senior management decisions. Promote PS in trade events and collaborations; develop technical papers and white papers for marketing and conferences. Be the expert in Data Center power products and on-site system design and integration. TRAVEL This position requires travel up to 50%. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in power generation. Solid proven direct and channel sales track record; able to present and negotiate with senior executives. Results-driven, competitive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset. Ability to travel frequently and work independently. CRITICAL TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL CAPABILITIES/SKILLS Experience in Data Center segment with strong technical knowledge of power generation products and solutions; knowledge of industry standards and requirements. Strong people and communication skills; able to motivate others and stay customer-focused. High motivation, enthusiasm, and leadership capabilities; capable of working across functional teams to achieve goals.
