Job Summary The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (AGSS/BFI/DSR) is responsible for optimising the quality and quantify of fuel, as well as the serviceability of all facilities and equipment, ensuring rectification of any abnormalities. He also proposes innovative methods to improve operational efficiency and implements changes to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He mitigates safety and/or security risks by ensuring measures are put in place to prevent recurrence of any lapses, errors or losses, and serves as a Site Incident Controller during emergency situations. The Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (AGSS/BFI/DSR) has excellent planning and people management skills to manage teams and staff development effectively. A good communicator and problem solver, he leads teams to achieve KPIs and business goals.
