Job Description : The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with wholesale clients, and managing operations related to the distribution of watches to retail and wholesale partners such as visual merchandising, marketing opportunities and training. This role combines sales expertise, and operational skills to ensure the growth of the business while maintaining brand standards and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales: Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct regular client visits and provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques. Build long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and repeat business. 3. Inventory and Logistics Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts. Assist in forecasting demand and managing stock allocation for wholesale partners. 4. Brand Representation: Ensure wholesale partners adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Support marketing efforts by providing clients with promotional materials and updates on new collections. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Qualifications and Skills : Minimum 6 years in retail management, wholesale industry (watch and jewelry) (preferred). Proven experience in sales, wholesale, or retail, preferably in the luxury goods or watch industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
