System Developer Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a System Developer. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software systems using Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Software Development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements specifications for the systems.
  • Evaluate system architecture and functionality in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols for applications, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Develop test plans and test cases, and oversee the testing and validation of the systems.
  • Coordinate the deployment of the systems across the projects.
  • Deliver training and materials to educate users on system functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support to users of the systems.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and relevant experiences in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, React, Java or other similar technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and Open-Source Databases.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and deploying AI solutions.
  • Experience with web services and API (Application Programming Interface).
  • Business Intelligence (BI) and Power BI experience is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital twin technologies is an added advantage.
  • Possess positive work attitude, integrity, self-motivated in a highly demanding environment.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as an independent performer.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Degree in Computing or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field.
