Plan, develop, and facilitate active ageing programmes tailored for community Ensure all programmes adhere to professional care standards and fulfil objectives for participant well-being and social engagement. Design and introduce new programmes and/or care services to address the evolving needs of our residence. Conduct regular evaluations for all ongoing programmes to collect feedback from participants and their families. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and lead the implementation of enhancements to programme quality. Liaise and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including families, community partners, and staff, regarding centre programmes and services. Supervise and support volunteers in the effective delivery of daily activities and programmes. Oversee the allocated budget and resources for programme activities to ensure efficient use. Collaborate with external organisations and community partners to co-create and deliver joint programmes. Job Requirements Diploma in Social Worker Experience in program coordination, preferably in community settings Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm, Sat - 9am to 1pm Check out for details.
