*GOV* Associate IT Project Manager | Agile Working Hours: Mon–Fri Location: Central Remuneration: Up to $5,500 + AWS Join our dynamic team as an Associate IT Project Manager , supporting digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization. You will assist in managing Agile projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to IT audits and compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Support the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, schedules, and status reports. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementation and procurement activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor project progress, highlight issues or risks, and support mitigation planning. Help track project budgets and ensure proper financial documentation. Coordinate with teams and auditors to support IT audits and compliance requirements. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report project updates and outcomes. Contribute to process improvements and promote Agile and project management best practices. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Understanding of IT governance, controls, or audit processes is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
