Job Description Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery; Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLA's set to Operations organisation; Meeting individual SLA's and KPI's set for the role; Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery; Coordinate manufacturing‐related improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing, changing of product codes etc; Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers, delivery partners); Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors or delays; Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates. Qualifications You're accurate and pay attention to detail. You're meticulous and accurate in your task execution. You're SLA driven and are motivated to hit team and personal metrics. You place customers first and you make no compromise on this. You're a clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements. You're comfortable with feedback and being part of a team where ideas are shared and openness is valued. You're proactive and collaborative. You're flexible with your work hours. We aim to help our global customers any time they need it, occasionally during weekends and holidays.
