Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The procurement specialist will be responsible for assessing supplier products to ensure they meet our quality standards and delivery requirements. They will analyze and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices and delivery conditions, and commit to purchases that are in the best interest of our organization. Additionally, they will manage customer forecasts, inventory, production schedules, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents to coordinate purchasing activities with our current and anticipated demand for goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess supplier products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Analyze and evaluate quotations to negotiate prices and delivery conditions.
  • Manage customer forecasts, inventory, and production schedules to coordinate purchasing activities.
  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in procurement.
