Legal Counsel – Legal & Administration Department We are on the lookout for a Legal Counsel to join our legal and compliance team. You will be working in our award-winning team on various legal and compliance matters in the South East Asia region. You will report directly to our EVP who has a strong track record in mentorship and building high-performance teams. Responsibilities Communicate and interact with internal clients and external parties, such as clients, regulators, vendors and other third parties. Assist with the development of process to identify and manage legal risks and handle compliance issues. Be a key part of our dispute-avoidance process. General corporate, commercial and regulatory legal work, focusing on issues associated with the property services industry. Job Requirements Hold a law degree from a recognised law school – we are fully prepared to consider fresh graduates who are the right fit for us. Be a people person as the role requires you to be highly visible and to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Be comfortable with handling and resolving disputes/claims fairly & professionally. Be highly responsive, proactive and willing to learn.
