Verify that images/films are of optimal quality, properly labeled, and the requested examination is completed before submission for reporting or patient issuance. Accurately input examination codes into the system based on the requested procedures. Clearly explain the examination process and estimated duration to patients. Ensure patients’ physical, emotional, and overall well-being during and after the examination. Follow all precautions to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation for patients, staff, and the public. Provide on-call and after-hours coverage when needed, ensuring timely responses according to hospital standards. Perform daily quality assurance (QA) checks on equipment per manufacturer recommendations to ensure optimal performance. Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of relevant experience in diagnostic imaging facilities. Experience in specialized areas such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography is a plus. Strong customer service, communication, and public relations skills.
