Telecom Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end test delivery across complex OSS/BSS programs. This role demands deep expertise in telecom systems including BSCS billing, CRM, Mediation, and Provisioning layers, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level testing strategies and multi-vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities Test Delivery Leadership Drive end-to-end testing for OSS/BSS programs, ensuring seamless integration across BSCS billing, CRM, Mediation, and Provisioning systems. Define and implement enterprise-wide test strategies for large-scale application and cloud migration initiatives. Release & Quality Management Manage SIT and UAT cycles across 10+ major releases, ensuring defect-free delivery and business readiness. Oversee test planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking across functional, regression, and performance testing phases. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Collaborate with Business, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure timely defect resolution and high-quality releases. Lead cross-vendor integration efforts with partners including Amdocs, Huawei, and Ericsson. Automation & Efficiency Establish and optimize automation frameworks to accelerate regression testing, achieving up to 30% reduction in cycle time. Monitor and present test dashboards, quality KPIs, and risk metrics to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a hybrid offshore/onsite QA team of 20–25 testers, ensuring adherence to QA standards and delivery SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS testing and delivery management Strong understanding of BSCS billing, CRM, Mediation, and Provisioning systems Proven experience in test strategy development and execution for enterprise-scale projects Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with global vendors and distributed teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud migration testing strategies Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines ISTQB or equivalent QA certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
